Captain Feather Lee

Hello from Key West, Let me introduce myself, I'm Captain Feather Lee. I am a youthful 40s and have come to find my peace of paradise in the Florida Keys! I'm ASA Sailing Instructor teaching couples, families and youth the teamworking skills to have a great sailing experience My goal as teacher is that you will learn teamwork, confidence behind the helm, navigation, and the vessels systems. My teaching style is educational and problem solving. I will customize your experience to your teams needs. Your time aboard will be hands on. I will constantly challenge you to understand the environment around you. Mother ocean and the vessel will also challenge you as well. My personality is clam with a little goofy mix in. I'm often praised for my patience.I hold a 100 Ton Masters Captain License with sail and tow endorsements since 2013. I have been professionally sailing since 2003. Working my way up through the ranks I was a liveaboard captain in the Florida Keys for 10 years just making land fall in 2019. I've sailed the water of Florida, Bahamas, Cuba, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Puget Sound, Great Lakes, New England, and Maine. Also, delivering boats from Florida to Maine. I was blessed to be apart of a professional Race Team winning the Chicago Mackinac! We also raced 2014 Port Huron Mackinac with no wind! I am certified to work with youth. I have extensive course requirements and background check every year to work with the kids. I work with a local youth sailing program teaching about 200 kids per year on 6 days liveaboard adventurers. We enjoy sailing, fishing, snorkeling and explore the Florida Keys. Working with youth is one of the most rewarding things I've done professionally. I'm on the water a lot with these 2 programs.
